Focus on the LCDS Newsletter Volume 4

This 4th edition of the LCDS Newsletter is coming at a time when we’ve just commenced the process of our performance review to trigger a 4th payment under the Guyana Norway Partnership. Based on our Self-Assessment Report, prepared with support from PricewaterhouseCoppers of the UK, we are confident that having met the majority of the requirements of the Joint Concept Note (JCN) of the Guyana-Norway Agreement will put us in a good position to qualify to receive a 4th payment from the Government of Norway.
